Cash on Delivery Policy

We offer a cash on delivery service to provide maximum convenience to our valued customers. Please note the following points regarding this service:
* Cash on Delivery Fee: A fee of 4 dinars is applied to all orders selected as a payment method. This fee is added to the total order value upon completion of the purchase.
* Available Payment Options Upon Delivery: Upon receipt of your order, you can pay using one of the following methods:
* Cash: You can pay the amount due (including the cash on delivery fee) in cash to the delivery agent.
* Instant Bank Transfer: You can make an instant bank transfer of the amount due to our approved bank account. The delivery agent will provide you with the bank account details necessary to complete the transfer. Please note that the order will not be delivered until we confirm receipt of the transferred amount.
* E-Wallets: You can pay via our approved e-wallets. The delivery agent will provide you with the necessary information to complete the payment via the e-wallet. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your e-wallet before the delivery agent arrives. * Order Confirmation: We may contact you to confirm your order and payment details before dispatch.
* Order Cancellation: If you no longer wish to receive your order after it arrives, please note that delivery charges or additional fees may apply.

"See It Before You Pay" Service in Jordan

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer you the chance to inspect and examine your order thoroughly before payment.
Before Payment
* Free Inspection: Feel free to open the products and check them to make sure they are in good condition.
* Free Returns/Exchanges: If you change your mind for any reason before payment, you can return or exchange any item completely free of charge.
* For Prepaid Orders (Credit Card or Bank Transfer): If you decide to return your order upon inspection, the refunded amount will be transferred back to you on the same day.
* Cash on Delivery: This service is available for orders with a minimum value of 20 JOD and a maximum value of 60 JOD.
After Payment
Once you have received your order and completed the payment, you will be responsible for any shipping and return costs if you request an exchange or return later.
Return or Exchange Fees:
* Shipping Cost: 5 Jordanian Dinars.
* Internal Delivery Cost: 3 Jordanian Dinars.
* Customs Duty: 4 Jordanian Dinars.
Note: Please keep the invoice and payment receipt in case you need to return or exchange an item later

Free Returns & Exchanges

You can take advantage of our free return service when you inspect your order before payment.

Important Notes:

You have the right to return an item or your entire order at no cost during the inspection process, before completing the payment.

For prepaid orders (credit card or bank transfer), the refunded amount will be transferred back to you on the same day of the return.

Once you receive and pay for your order, Estrellita Kids is no longer responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging any product. In this case, the customer is responsible for all associated fees.
