Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we allow our customers in Jordan to inspect their orders upon delivery. Here are some important notes regarding this service:

Before Payment

 * Free Inspection: The customer has the right to open and inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition.

 * Free Returns/Exchanges: If the customer wishes to return an item or the entire order during inspection and before payment, the return or exchange process is completely free of charge.

After Accepting the Order

 * Customer Responsibility: After the order has been received and payment is completed, Estrellita Kids waives all responsibility for any costs that may arise from a return or exchange.

 * Return and Exchange Fees: If the customer wishes to return or exchange an item after accepting it, they will be responsible for all associated costs, which include:

   * Shipping Cost: 5 Jordanian Dinars.

   * Internal Delivery Cost: 3 Jordanian Dinars.

   * Customs Tax: 4 Jordanian Dinars.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer you the chance to inspect and examine your order thoroughly before payment.
Before Payment
* Free Inspection: Feel free to open the products and check them to make sure they are in good condition.
* Free Returns/Exchanges: If you change your mind for any reason before payment, you can return or exchange any item completely free of charge.
* For Prepaid Orders (Credit Card or Bank Transfer): If you decide to return your order upon inspection, the refunded amount will be transferred back to you on the same day.
* Cash on Delivery: This service is available for orders with a minimum value of 20 JOD and a maximum value of 60 JOD.
After Payment
Once you have received your order and completed the payment, you will be responsible for any shipping and return costs if you request an exchange or return later.
Return or Exchange Fees:
* Shipping Cost: 5 Jordanian Dinars.
* Internal Delivery Cost: 3 Jordanian Dinars.
* Customs Duty: 4 Jordanian Dinars.
Note: Please keep the invoice and payment receipt in case you need to return or exchange an item later

You can take advantage of our free return service when you inspect your order before payment.

Important Notes:

You have the right to return an item or your entire order at no cost during the inspection process, before completing the payment.

For prepaid orders (credit card or bank transfer), the refunded amount will be transferred back to you on the same day of the return.

Once you receive and pay for your order, Estrellita Kids is no longer responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging any product. In this case, the customer is responsible for all associated fees.
