You can take advantage of our free return service when inspecting your order before payment.

Important Notes:

 * You have the right to return an item or the entire order without any cost during the inspection process, before you complete the payment.

 * After the order has been received and paid for, Estrellita Kids is no longer responsible for the costs of returning or exchanging an item. In this case, the customer is responsible for all associated fees.

"See It Before You Pay" Service in Jordan

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer you the chance to inspect and examine your order thoroughly before payment.
Before Payment
* Free Inspection: Feel free to open the products and check them to make sure they are in good condition.
* Free Returns/Exchanges: If you change your mind for any reason before payment, you can return or exchange any item completely free of charge.
* For Prepaid Orders (Credit Card or Bank Transfer): If you decide to return your order upon inspection, the refunded amount will be transferred back to you on the same day.
* Cash on Delivery: This service is available for orders with a minimum value of 20 JOD and a maximum value of 60 JOD.
After Payment
Once you have received your order and completed the payment, you will be responsible for any shipping and return costs if you request an exchange or return later.
Return or Exchange Fees:
* Shipping Cost: 5 Jordanian Dinars.
* Internal Delivery Cost: 3 Jordanian Dinars.
* Customs Duty: 4 Jordanian Dinars.
Note: Please keep the invoice and payment receipt in case you need to return or exchange an item later
